Volunteers Needed!

Baker is proud to have programs like art, music, chess, Gussie's Garden, and more—but without the support of our parents, these programs simply wouldn’t exist. Your involvement is crucial to ensuring that our students continue to benefit from these vital experiences.

Donate To Baker's HSC

Art Program

Baker's art program is parent led and volunteer based.  Without parent volunteers, our children would not have a formal art program in school.  We need you.  If you are interested in volunteering in the art classroom, please email art teacher Sunghee at: sjang@moreland.org

If you'd like to donate art supplies directly to the art program, please click select items off off the art room's Art Program Amazon Wish List, bring a check at the front office for a monetary donation, or reach out to Sunghee to coordinate dropping off art supplies: sjang@moreland.org

The wish list is ongoing and will be updated regularly.

Gussie's Garden

The success of our garden stems from our volunteers - they help maintain the space and keep it in good working order.  To volunteer, please reach out to Ada White directly at gussiesgardenbaker@gmail.com

There are many opportunities to plant, beautify and create learning moments for our Bobcats.  Reach out and let’s work together to make this space a memorable one for our students!

Check out our calendar here for updates: Gussie’s Garden Calendar

MEF Pumpkin Patch

The MEF Pumpkin Patch is returning to the Moreland woods! We still need help with setting up; from hanging lights, setting up tables, planning or organizing crafts, to events & games. We also have paid opportunities for trail manger, security and event manager. Fill out our Volunteer Interest Form. Stay tuned next week for an iVolunteer link to sign up for timed positions such as concessions and carnival games.
